AI that runs your business
while you sleep.

§ The situation

If you're still answering missed calls
at midnight, we should talk.

Most small business owners we meet are doing two jobs: the work they actually built the business to do, and the constant front-line communication work — answering calls, replying to forms, qualifying leads, sending follow-ups, chasing appointments — that grows linearly with revenue and never stops.

The first hire most operators consider is a receptionist or virtual assistant. That works until volume scales, until someone calls sick, until 2am inquiries keep getting lost. The ceiling is the same person-hour math that got you stuck in the first place.

We build the layer that absorbs the front-line work without growing linearly with revenue. The AI answers, qualifies, books, and routes — your team only touches the conversations that actually require a human.

§ What we actually do

We build the AI system.
You don't buy software.

Every chatbot platform on the market sells you software you have to configure, host, and maintain. We do the opposite: we build the AI system around your specific business, train it on your offerings, integrate it with your CRM and phone line, host it on infrastructure we own, and operate it month over month. You buy outcomes — calls answered, leads qualified, appointments booked — not software licenses.

Built, not configured

Custom from day one

Your AI doesn't answer with someone else's script. We write its prompt against your actual offerings, voice, pricing posture, and escalation rules.

Owned infrastructure

No reseller markup

We run our own production data center in Las Vegas. Your AI isn't hosted on a competitor's reseller margin. Lower cost, higher uptime, full data control.

Operated, not handed off

Monthly tuning

Every month we review transcripts, tune prompts, fix edge cases, and improve qualification. The AI gets sharper. Your competitors' stale chatbot doesn't.

§ The services

Four ways the AI earns its keep.

01

AI Voice Receptionist

A 24/7 AI voice agent that answers your inbound business line, asks the right qualification questions, books discovery calls into your calendar, and texts the confirmation link before the call ends. Configurable escalation to a human for sensitive or complex inquiries.

Stack: Claude Sonnet · Deepgram · ElevenLabs · Twilio · your CRM

02

AI Chat Assistant

A custom Claude-powered chat assistant embedded on your website that qualifies leads, answers product and pricing questions, books appointments, and captures contact info directly to your CRM. The one on this site is built on exactly the same pattern we deploy for clients.

Stack: Claude Sonnet · Streaming SSE · Next.js · your CRM

03

Custom AI Workflow

The internal AI systems that quietly run your operation: automated lead routing, intelligent follow-up sequences, appointment reminders, review requests, win-back campaigns, content generation, and customer communication. Built into one coherent system, not a tangle of Zapier glue.

Stack: Claude · Node · your CRM workflows · your team's tools

04

AI-Powered CRM

Integrate AI into your existing CRM: automated note-taking from calls and chats, conversation summaries on every contact record, intent detection on inbound messages, lead-scoring that actually reflects buyer signal. The CRM you already use gets smarter without forcing a migration.

§ AI Agency vs. Chatbot Vendor

The honest comparison.

Most "AI" companies sell you software you have to configure, host, and maintain. An AI agency builds the system around your business and runs it for you. Different products, different right-fits.

Live · phone line

The AI voice receptionist

Call (702) 978-8144 from any phone. The AI answers, qualifies your inquiry, books a discovery call into our calendar, and texts you the confirmation. Production system, not a sandbox.

§ How it works

From discovery call to live AI in two to three weeks.

  1. Step 01
    01

    Discovery call (free, ~30 minutes)

We learn your business, the front-line problem you're solving, the CRM you use, and the rough volume of calls or chats you handle. By the end of the call you have a written scope and a quote.

  2. Step 02
    02

    Knowledge intake

We capture everything the AI needs to know: your services, your prices, your hours, your scheduling rules, your qualifying questions, your escalation triggers. The AI gets trained on your business, not a generic template.

  3. Step 03
    03

    Build & integration

We build the AI on our infrastructure, wire it to your CRM, configure escalation routing, write the system prompt, run internal test conversations, and tune behavior before any real caller or visitor touches it.

  4. Step 04
    04

    Soft launch & ride-along

The AI goes live on a portion of your traffic first. We review every conversation transcript with you for the first week, catch edge cases, and tune. Then full cut-over.

  5. Step 05
    05

    Monthly operations

Every month we review transcripts, refine prompts, expand capabilities, and report on conversations captured, leads qualified, and appointments booked. The AI gets sharper every cycle.

§ Pricing posture

We tell you the floor.
The ceiling depends on you.

Managed services

From $397/mo

Ongoing operations: hosted systems, monthly tuning, transcript review, edge-case handling, monthly reporting. AI-specific service packages — voice receptionists, chat assistants, custom workflows — typically land in higher tiers based on call volume and integration complexity.

One-time builds

From $3,497

Custom build: discovery, scope, design, engineering, integration, deployment, and a fully-operational handover. Custom AI system builds and premium tiers scale from there, up to $29,997+ for full custom operator infrastructure.

Most clients land in a higher tier once we scope what they actually need. The right fit depends on your business — the quickest way to find out is the discovery call.

§ Questions we hear most

The honest answers.

What's the difference between an AI agency and a chatbot vendor?+

A chatbot vendor sells you software you have to configure, host, and maintain. An AI agency builds the AI system around your specific business, trains it on your offerings, integrates it with your CRM and phone system, hosts it on owned infrastructure, and operates it month over month. You buy outcomes, not software licenses.

Will the AI sound like a robot?+

No. We use the current generation of large language models from Anthropic (Claude) combined with high-quality voice synthesis. The voice agent sounds like a thoughtful, calm receptionist — not a phone tree, not a robocall.

What happens when the AI can't handle a call or chat?+

Every AI we build has explicit escalation rules. When a caller asks for a human, gets frustrated, or hits a topic the AI shouldn't answer, the call transfers to a designated person on your team or schedules a callback. Nothing important falls through the cracks.

How long does it take to launch an AI receptionist?+

First production deployments run 30–60 hours of engineering and typically launch within two to three weeks of the discovery call. Additional firms or business units after the first take 10–15 hours each, because the platform investment is already done.

Do I have to leave my current CRM?+

No. We integrate with your existing CRM — HighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, custom — rather than forcing a switch. The AI writes to your CRM the same way your team does, so all your existing reports and workflows keep working.

Are you a Las Vegas company, or just listed here?+

We're based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Our infrastructure runs on our own production data center in town. We serve clients across the US but we are physically and operationally a Vegas company.

Can I see a working example before I commit?+

Yes. The AI chat assistant on this website is a working example built on the same stack we deploy for clients. You can interact with it right now. Call (702) 978-8144 to experience the voice side. Both are live production examples, not demos.
