7LSM (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a custom web development and managed services agency based in Las Vegas, Nevada. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit marketing.7lsm.com, fill out a form, chat with our assistant, call our published business line, or otherwise interact with 7LSM.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Contact details you provide voluntarily — name, email address, and (when you call us) phone number.
• Message content you submit through our contact form, AI chat assistant, voice calls, or SMS replies.
• Mobile phone numbers when you provide them during a phone call to our published business line, or through an opt-in form, for the purpose of receiving SMS communications from us.
• Technical data such as browser type, device type, IP address, and pages visited, collected automatically for security and analytics.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide requested services.
• Schedule and confirm discovery calls, send booking links, and follow up after consultations.
• Send transactional SMS (booking confirmations, appointment reminders) to numbers that have opted in.
• Send marketing SMS (newsletters, service updates, promotional offers) only to recipients who have explicitly opted in to marketing communications.
• Improve our website, services, and client communications.

4. SMS messaging — opt-in, frequency, and your rights

Opt-in. We only send SMS messages to phone numbers that have explicitly opted in. Opt-in is collected in one of two ways: (a) verbally during an inbound phone call to our published business line, where our AI voice assistant explicitly asks for consent before any message is sent and records that consent against the contact record; or (b) through an explicit checkbox or chat-widget interaction on our website where you confirm you want to receive SMS from 7LSM.

Message frequency. Frequency varies based on the nature of your interaction with us. Most recipients receive fewer than 5 messages per month.

Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out. You can stop receiving SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. We will confirm your opt-out and you will receive no further SMS communications from us. Reply HELP to any message for assistance.

Mobile data is never sold or shared. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile information collected through SMS consent is used solely to communicate with you on behalf of 7LSM.

5. Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party services to operate our business: an AI provider (Anthropic) for chat and voice processing, a CRM platform (HighLevel) for contact management and SMS delivery, an email provider (Resend) for transactional email, and standard analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments and are not permitted to use your information for their own promotional purposes.

6. Data retention

We retain contact records, conversation transcripts, and call histories for as long as your relationship with 7LSM is active, and for a reasonable period thereafter to support legal, accounting, and operational needs. You may request deletion at any time (see “Your rights” below).

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You may opt out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing the address above.

8. Security

We protect your information with industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to limit risk and respond promptly to any incident.

9. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through our website.
