We use a small number of third-party services to operate our business: an AI provider (Anthropic) for the chat assistant, an email provider (Resend) for transactional email, a network provider (Cloudflare) for site delivery and security, and standard analytics (Google Analytics). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments and are not permitted to use your information for their own promotional purposes.

6. Data retention

We retain contact details and conversation transcripts for as long as your relationship with 7LSM is active, and for a reasonable period thereafter to support legal, accounting, and operational needs. You may request deletion at any time (see “Your rights” below).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. You may opt out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing the address above.
